In blog-terms, that is. Well, how can I put this simply? I take a perverse interest in, and get a great deal of enjoyment out of food. Cooking, eating, the politics of food and where it comes from, traditions, memories, festivities and how food plays a part in these.
Initially, I intend to chalk-up recipes and food experiences that are significant to me in some way. These may be recipes I have created, followed and/or altered which have turned out well, or they may be a post of excitement upon my having returned from a wonderful meal elsewhere. They may even be my thoughts on sourcing food as ethically as possible and my encouraging others to seek out wonderful, locally produced foods and food products.
Appetite and greed will dictate, I’m sure.
